About the Prairie Piecemakers Quilt Guild

The Prairie Piecemakers Quilt Guild is an organization of quilt lovers, novices and experts alike who share their love of fabrics, design, color and the finished product.

The organization consists of 70 plus members that meet monthly from Sept to May.  New members and visitors are always welcome to attend the meetings, enjoy the great speakers and programs and share with the guild the passion of color, fabric and the creation of beautiful quilts.

  • All meetings will held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 201 North State Street, New Ulm, MN on the second Thursday of each month at 7 pm (unless otherwise noted). An elevator is available in the entrance of the meeting hall.
  • Membership fees are $20 for the year. Guests are may attend one month free except on speaker nights when the cost is $10 for non-dues paying visitors.
  • Workshops will also be held at St.Paul’s Lutheran Church. All workshops will be $20 for members and $40 for non-members, plus the cost of patterns and/ or kits.
  • If there would be a need for cancellation due to bad weather, please tune to 860 KNUJ AM radio station or your e-mail. We would rather you be at home quilting during our normal meeting time rather than on the road in poor driving conditions.
